           LORD KRISHNA IN FULL MOON NIGHT IN AUTUMN


Bhagwanapi     taa   ratri   shardoutphalmallika I
Veekshy rantum manashchakre yogmayaupashritah II (1)

Lord finding that night of Autumn full of blooming lotus,  reached ‘mind’ and desiring to play over reached His divine potency Yog Maya.


Tadoduraja kukabhah kareirmukham
     
             Prachya vilimpannarurhein shantameih I

Sa charshmarhamchhucho mrijan prirya
                    
                            Priyayay eiv deeraghdarshanahII (2)

King of stars, Moon with its hand full of rays painted East direction vermillion thus giving comforts to all those who longed for him and it was signify a manner of a lover approaching his beloved , by showering with heart felt love after a long spell of separation.

Vanam ch tadkomalgobhiranjitam

Seeing the entire directions filled with reddish gamut of  blooming lotus flowers reflecting like the glimpse of vermillion face of Goddess of fortune, forest imbibed by beautiful gentle Moon rays, He sweetly played on flute enchanting of Gopis’eyes.

Comments: The spectrum of the Vrindavan was made so beautifully attractive by the presence of fully blooming lotus flowers all around during full moon autumn night that it looked reddened like the divine and beautiful red face of Goddess of fortune. Seeing that moon decorated autumn season flowers studded night, Lord Krishna started playing on his flute attracting cowherd women instantly.
